Mr. Parker’s first significant Board experience was with McDonald’s of Canada as a corporate officer. He has chaired a TSX listed company and served on for profit and non-profit Boards. Most recently he served 8 years on the Deans’ Advisory Board at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, the Vancouver Parking Corporation and TASK Tools. Mr. Parker would like to continue his Board work in franchising where the fit is appropriate.
